Salutations!

The Average D1 Basketball Player Gains 11 pounds their first year out of high school.

Have you ever seen a player come back home from college on holiday or summer break and "What the heck happened to you?" went racing through your mind?  Their size, their shape, even the way just walk into the gym is different.  Your first question should be, "How did that happen?"  The answer?  Someone knew what they were doing.

The problem is every player works hard.  But working hard isn't enough. It's about working smart. Those players had someone showing them what and how to do it.
